Nuaire NU-440-400E

The Nuaire NU-440-400 Class II Type A2 bio safety cabinet and offers biocontainment sufficient for safely working with low to moderate risk biological. The Nuaire NU-440-400 features all the reliability and durability of the previous 425-400 models with the added bonus of microprocessor controlled electronic touch pad controls. The Nuaire 440-400 has a shorter distance from the airfoil to the work surface, improving ergonomics and making it easier for users to reach materials inside the hood. The 440-400 also has a digital display of down flow and inflow air velocity, providing users with a constant display of accurate and immediate information.

The Class II Type A2 Biological Safety Cabinet can be either exhausted back into the room or connected to a facility HVAC system. The cabinet’s airflow is 30% exhausted / 70% recirculated  to minimize cross-contamination of low to moderate risk biologicals in the absence of volatile toxic chemicals
