Hotplate with white chemically resistant ceramic top which is patterned to aid location of vessels and wlll accommodate vessels up to 10 litres capacity. The maximum plate temperature is 450°C, with simmerstat control, over-temperature protection and a flashinq warninq liqht indicates when the plate is hot.
