Description
LLOYD INSTRUMENTS MATERIALS TESTING MACHINE. It is a very versatile and comprehensive materials testing machine. It can be used as a stand-alone machine or it can be linked up to a computer and printer where you can run data analysis software. The Lloyds 6000R comes with a RS232 interface as standard. The 6000R series comes with a special Data Analysis program which allows you to perform more comprehensive tests than are available on the 'S' models. Functions such as cycling, constant load, creep, constant load rate and constant strain rate are some of the extra faciliies available.The Lloyds Instruments L6000R universal materials teting machine, is a microprocessor controled, bench mounted, with twin column loading frames fitted with either a TLC or NLC loadcells.
The Machine is fitted with a DSP MOTOR DRIVE system, driving twin ball screw drive shafts, with fully enclosed flexible gaurds for dusty environments, and uses the motor encoder for extension measurements so are fitted with the encoder extension measurement PCB.
The machine measures two parameters during the sample test mode. These are the loads applied to the test sample, by moving the crosshead, and the crosshead movement during the test. The load and extension values are measured every 5mS to give a data rate of 200 readings per second.
Out of the 'R' series (1000R, 2000R, 6000R), the Lloyds 6000R offers the most features and also has the highest Maximum force of 30kN (compared to 5kN, 10kN).
