The Beckman GS-15R Laboratory Refrigerated Benchtop Centrifuge is ideal for pelleting, binding studies, nucleic acid precipitation, immunoassays, protein extraction and concentration, and sample preparation. They feature a brushless induction drive motor which provides quiet, maintenance-free operation. Digital displays indicate actual speed, set speed, temperature and rotor imbalance. Centrifuges also feature multiple acceleration and deceleration rates.

An automatic sensor blocks centrifuge operation until the door is locked. Once in operation, the sensor releases the door lock only when the centrifuge has stopped.
