The Extendable Modular ESD Workbench 900 x 1800mm
This TPH ESD workbench comes as a standalone bench but you can have extensions attached. It is has high level durability and can take weight loads of up to 300 kg and can last for decades of tough use. Some long standing clients of Treston still have this type of workbench in use, even though they were bought in the 1970’s. This kind of durability is achieved by using 25 mm thick ESD laminated particle board with ABS finished edges as a worktop, and a frame made of 1.5-2.0 mm thick square steel tube with epoxy powder finish.
Height adjustable
What is special about the ESD workbench is its height adjustability that comes as a standard feature. The adjustment is easily made with an allen key and the worktop can be set anywhere between 650mm and 900mm on a sliding scale. It provides a generous worktop depth.

ML01 Locked Steel Cabinet
Central locking high quality steel cabinet for the workbench allows protected storage of tools and small components, it is mounted under the workbench and is made of epoxy powder coated steel in grey. Single key locking. Its drawers have a full width handle in anodised aluminium with a full length label holder. Drawers have smooth and quiet telescopic ball-race runners and open 405 mm. Each drawer has a load capacity 30 kg. Steel cabinets’ earthing cables connect to the workstation’s earthing point.

There are a few small marks on the table top and the Shelf has drilled holes in it where ancillary equipment was bolted on.
What makes the TPH ESD workbench very special is its capability to accept accessories and extensions also after the bench has been put together and been in use. There is a range of other workbench accessories available on the Treston website which are easy to attach and they enable you to build an ESD workbench specific for your use. This workbench allows extensions to be attached to it. There are two types of extensions available. The first one is line extension making it possible to create a line linked together. The second extension type is a corner extension which either enables workbenches to be made into an L shape or allows the creation of a U shaped layout.
