This breadboard provides good performance at an economical price. It is ideal as a general purpose platform for instrument bases or for optical and laser experiments. It features extremely flat stainless steel top and bottom plates of identical thickness; a steel core with internal damping for static and dynamic rigidity; a unique, athermalized design for maximum thermal stability; and magnetic top and bottom plates for mounting versatility.

Optical tables and breadboards effectively dampen working surfaces with superior flatness. They are used in the precision mounting of optical components. Optical tables and breadboards are flat and rigid structures suited for aligning and testing sub-assemblies. An optical table and breadboard can also be used for incorporating in OEM system. Breadboard tables are widely used in laboratories. An optical breadboard is used to temporarily design an electronic circuit without damaging the electronic components used in the circuit. An optical table and breadboard provides necessary electronic connections to the electronic circuits mounted on it.
